  1. Roseylinn, this is truly excellent and dead on accurate. I am guilty of worrying as we all are, but the best thing we could do is get a good night’s rest. Take care, BTG


      1. Amen. When I do worry before or after going to bed, I make myself a note, so as to register what I need to do tomorrow. That “action” helps greatly in doing the Scarlett O’Hara thing and “worry about tomorrow.”
