  1. Roseylinn, I was speaking with my sister about this quote. She brought it up and felt offended by it being a devout Christian. I shared that I think his meaning is we each could do better to represent the teachings of Jesus, in all religions. She agreed that there are many folks who lay claim to being a Christian, but don’t walk the talk. I said the same could be said for most any religion, I believe. So, I personally do not take offense at this comment from a wise man. Keith

    1. If we all knew better we would hopefully do better. I agree that there are a lot of people who claim to be Christian, and that they follow what Jesus preached and did in his life, yet come up short. Reminds me of this old saying, “Your walk talks and your talk talks, but your walk talks louder than your talk talks.”
